I stumbled upon a simple explanation of why kids here in Europe behave better than they do in the US. The parents here just wash them each day with this fine product, and all the 'bad' is removed. Wish I'd know about this years ago!
I started teaching math at Coker College in 1991 after finishing a PhD at SIU-C, and transitioned fully to administration by 2001. I've also held positions at JCSU in Charlotte, Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, and am now at Furman University in Greenville, SC. I mainly do institutional research, to include learning outcomes and other types of student success.
